I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. <\/em>(Isaiah 41:10, NKJV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, &#8220;Fear not, I will help you.&#8221; <\/em>(Isaiah 41:13, NKJV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>You can go to bed without fear; you will lie down and sleep soundly. You need not be afraid of sudden disaster or the destruction that comes upon the wicked, for the LORD is your security. He will keep your foot from being caught in a trap. <\/em>(Proverbs 3:24-26, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. <\/em>(2 Timothy 1:7, KJV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God\u2019s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, \u201cAbba, Father.\u201d <\/em>(Romans 8:15, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Don\u2019t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, \u201cI will never fail you. I will never abandon you.\u201d So we can say with confidence, \u201cThe LORD is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?\u201d <\/em>(Hebrews 13:5-6, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>The LORD is my light and my salvation\u2013 so why should I be afraid? The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? When evil people come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. <\/em>(Psalm 27:1, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. <\/em>(Psalm 34:4, KJV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge! <\/em>(Psalm 46:1-3, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Listen to the LORD who created you&#8230;the one who formed you says, \u201cDo not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.&#8221; <\/em>(Isaiah 43:1-2, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm. <\/em>(Proverbs 1:33, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear. <\/em>(Hebrews 13:6, KJV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<h2>Disbelief<\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, \u201cLord, save us! We\u2019re going to drown!\u201d He replied, \u201cYou of little faith, why are you so afraid?\u201d Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. <\/em>(Matthew 8:23-26, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>And in the fourth watch of the night He came to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were frightened, saying, \u201cIt is a ghost!\u201d And they cried out for fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, \u201cTake courage, it is I; do not be afraid.\u201d And Peter answered Him and said, \u201cLord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.\u201d And He said, \u201cCome!\u201d And Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But seeing the wind, he became afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, \u201cLord, save me!\u201d And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and took hold of him, and said to him, \u201cO you of little faith, why did you doubt?\u201d And when they got into the boat, the wind stopped. <\/em>(Matthew 14:25-32, NASB95)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>When they came to the crowd, a man approached Jesus and knelt before him. \u201cLord, have mercy on my son,\u201d he said. \u201cHe has seizures and is suffering greatly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him.\u201d \u201cO unbelieving and perverse generation,\u201d Jesus replied, \u201chow long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.\u201d Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed from that moment. <\/em>(Matthew 17:14-18, NIV)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Worry<\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Don\u2019t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you\u00a0need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God\u2019s peace,\u00a0which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts\u00a0and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. <\/em>(Philippians 4:6-7, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those\u00a0who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. <\/em>(Romans 8:28, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. \u201cSo don\u2019t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today\u2019s trouble is enough for today. <\/em> (Matthew 6:32-34, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? So don\u2019t worry about these things, saying, &#8220;What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?&#8221; These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. So don\u2019t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today\u2019s trouble is enough for today. <\/em> (Matthew 6:30-34, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. <\/em>(John 14:1, NASB95)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I am leaving you with a gift\u2013\u2013peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don\u2019t be troubled or afraid. <\/em> (John 14:27, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>So don\u2019t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. <\/em>(Matthew 6:34, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? <\/em>(Luke 12:25, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Now when they bring you to the synagogues and magistrates and authorities, do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say. For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say. <\/em>(Luke 12:11-12, NKJV)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Anxiety<\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. <\/em>(1 Peter 5:7, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Don\u2019t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God\u2019s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. <\/em>(Philippians 4:6-7, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD. <\/em>(Psalm 31:24, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD! <\/em>(Psalm 27:14, NKJV)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Faith<\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. <\/em>(Hebrews 11:1, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. <\/em> (James 1:5-6, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. <\/em>(Colossians 2:6-7, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. <\/em>(Ephesians 2:8-9, NASB95)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. <\/em>(1 Corinthians 16:13, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. <\/em> (Galatians 2:20, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Then Jesus said to the disciples, \u201cHave faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, \u2018May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,\u2019 and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you\u2019ve received it, it will be yours.\u201d <\/em>(Mark 11:22-24, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>We live by faith, not by sight. <\/em>(2 Corinthians 5:7, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. <\/em>(Romans 10:17, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, &#8220;Move from here to there,&#8221; and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. <\/em>(Matthew 17:20, NASB95)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold\u2013\u2013though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. <\/em>(1 Peter 1:7, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. <\/em>(1 John 5:4, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life\u2013\u2013whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn\u2019t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don\u2019t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren\u2019t you far more valuable to him than they are? <\/em>(Matthew 6:25-26, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! <\/em>(Isaiah 26:3, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. <\/em>(Psalm 55:22, NIV)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are. <\/em> (1 Peter 5:8-9, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Don\u2019t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God\u2019s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. <\/em> (Philippians 4:6-7, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>The apostles said to the Lord, \u201cShow us how to increase our faith.\u201d The Lord answered, \u201cIf you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, \u2018May you be uprooted and thrown into the sea,\u2019 and it would obey you!\u201d <\/em>(Luke 17:5-6, NLT2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. <\/em>(Ephesians 6:16, NIV)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fear Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
